80% of the program’s funding comes from the Ohio Department of Transportation (federal funds) and 20% comes from local sources, including the Pickaway County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Pickaway County Community Action, and Pickaway County Public Health.

No, we do not provide direct transportation, but we can help you find someone who can.

No. While both programs are housed at Pickaway County Community Action and partially funded by ODOT, we are not one and the same. The mobility manager is a resource available to any community member and is also able to work with any transportation provider to coordinate trips and assist them with short-term planning for new services.

We hold quarterly Transportation Coordinating Committee meetings. The public is welcome to attend these meetings, typically held at PICCA, 469 E. Ohio Street in Circleville.
